I would prefer Khoros over Sprinklr. For Opal, we believe it has a better content calendar mechanism and has more functions to CREATE content.

For any client that heavily uses community management as a big part of their work in social media, I would recommend that they use Khoros as a one-stop tool to manage multi-platforms and a centralized response platform.
