Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
I have not had to do much in the area of user management, only because it's dead simple. We uploaded our user list and a user can easily go set up their password. They can even reset it without the IT department or the help desk getting involved at all. That's what I call easy.
We use this product to be able to know when an email may be a phishing message or some other means of trying to get someone to click a bad link. I believe we use it company-wide in each department so that we are completely covered. All users have email so all users should be safe.
Pros
- Easy to understand videos
- Easy to use website
- Fast loading of new content
Cons
- There are always ways people can sneak emails by, so keeping up with all the latest ways is important
- Adding a higher level of toughness for system admins
- A better way for users to change their passwords when they have forgotten
- Hours saved helping users who clicked a link
- Less strain on the helpdesk ticketing system
- Less viruses getting onto the network
This product so far has outpaced anything we've looked into in the past. It seems they are on the cutting edge of hacker methods and it shows. We have a much better grasp on the topics with KnowBe4 than we ever did. Our users seem happy with the training and testing as well.

The impact of having new and updated content on a regular basis is huge. It does a really good job of keeping everyone prepared for whatever may come in terms of new hacking techniques. They seem to be on the bleeding edge of what the bad guys are coming up with next!
Mostly knowing what's going on in the company in regards to our risky users. We know if they have fallen for any of the phishing test messages that are sent out in our campaigns. Also, we know who needs to take training, and who has passed their training. This is useful for all managers.
