Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

Before getting KnowBe4, we would regularly send out a regular cybersecurity email to our staff that we researched and wrote ourselves. We would try to touch on current trends in cybersecurity. This got tiring and many users stopped reading them. We have now moved to KnowBe4 to do our security tips and training and wow what a difference.
  • Doesn't bore users with highly technical training
  • Videos are easy to grasp and info can be followed by anyone.
  • Simple enough on-boarding process
  • A KnowBe4 email firewall would be nifty.
  • An easier way to submit potential phishing to the cloud
  • Less video buffering
  • Saving our security guys time crafting handmade tips emails
  • Saving our help desk team time troubleshooting infected devices
  • Money saved not having to pay ransomers!
Simple, quick, and friendly. By that I mean simple to get a ticket going, it's quick to get your issue addressed or at least get a call back that they're looking into it. And they are friendly people who know their product like the back of their hand. This is all good in my book as most places only ever get one or two of these right.

One thing we found with our company cybersecurity emails was that they were dry and always so similar that users just got tired of them and stopped reading them. We tried copying things from security websites but nothing ever felt professional. Having new content and lots of sources makes things engaging for the user.
Our users are all loaded into the web site with a simple upload, then they just create their passwords. Not much to it besides occasionally helping a user remember the site, their login, or how to reset a password. I would say like most cloud-based apps all the hard stuff is handled on their side.
The most requested metrics and reports are all easily found right inside the admin portal. In fact, after responding to lots of requests for reports, we simply gave the manager access to their department's metrics and let them create and send their own reports from the system without us having to be involved.
Our users simply stopped reading our dry security briefings, and for good reason. It is best to let the experts handle this department. I'd definitely recommend anyone needing to kick up their security training a notch to use this (who doesn't need that?!). Short of not using email, pretty much every entity could benefit from this.
