Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
KnowBe4 was recently rolled out to the entire organization including our international group. Security awareness is critically important to our organization. KnowBe4 training will help educate all employees to understand cyber security risk and how they can help reduce the risk.
- Ease of use.
- Excellent support from the customer success team.
- Well documented process for new implementations of the tool.
- Improved metrics - phishing security tests dashboard - more options to modify the dashboard.
- Regulatory compliance requirement for annual and new employee training.
- Tracking real improvement in our monthly phishing campaigns.
The other tools in this space didn't compare well in terms of easy of use, quick to implement and exceptional support.
It's given our organization greater flexibility to focus on our core business.
We manage all users with a sync to Active Directory.
Tracking the success or challenges with our monthly phishing campaigns is an issue. While KnowBe4 has good dashboards to track progress but more flexibility with those dashboards would enhance our ability to present these to executives.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training New Features
AD integration makes the user provisioning process straightforward and easy.
I'm not aware of the AI driven improvements in the tool.
PhishER is a new feature that allows our very small team to quickly and efficiently manage phishing risk in the organization.
