We looked at Artic Wolf as their software is already part of our defense arsenal however KnowBe4 had a much better price point and was recommended from our MSP.

Since we run many campaigns it is good to know that there is always fresh and updated content available.
Each employee is added upon hire and requires the first KnowBe4 training during onboarding. We have a user exit checklist for employees leaving the firm as well so they are immediately removed from the user list. Users have multiple classifications to run targeted campaigns based upon their titles, their job duties and/or their as well as specified training for repeat clickers.
