Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Linkedin Sales Navigator is our number one tool used by our sales team to prospect new people at our target organizations. It allows our sales reps to find the appropriate contacts who work in the right departments that we are trying to sell to. It is mainly just used by our sales team as opposed to organizational wide. It helps solve for bad data and helps solidify our outreach efforts.
  • Prospecting - helps you find the right people in the right position at the right time
  • Alerts - allow you to see when people have moved roles or changed companies or have posted collateral which allows you to reach out in a more detailed way
  • Filters - get more specific on who you want to target based on things like location, title, function, etc
  • Pulling contacts into Salesforce - this is sometimes a cumbersome process in order to find the people you want to target and then get them into the flow of your CRM
  • More robust search capabilities - you are able to do a good amount but sometimes it is not super effective and searching for people on a really detailed level
  • Higher quality leads that enter our sales funnel with a more personalized approach which ultimately lead to better opportunities for closing new business
  • Allows us to make personal connections through our network, spread our word and build our brand further amongst the industry
I personally enjoy the user experience and overall quality effectiveness of Linkedin Sales Navigator much more than the other providers that I have worked with and utilized throughout my sales career. The ease of use of the system has made my life a lot easier and also for my reps. It is leaps and bounds above the competition at this point.
If any organization has a sales team of any sort that is prospecting and trying to find the appropriate people in a company they must have Linkedin Sales Navigator - hands down. Not so much needed for organizations that aren't heavy sales focused or who need their reps to source new business for them.
