Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
I have been using Litmus for 6 years now. In my previous company, I used it for 5 years for building and designing emails. At my current company, we use Litmus for previews only to see how an email previews on. Various clients due to our current ESP being not able to provide that feature. The Litmus interface is brilliant. And the marketing emails and newsletters they send are very interesting and quirky. The events and webinars they organize, including Litmus Live Conferences, are a great source of knowledge and learning. The blogs and articles they have online and very useful too. Love Litmus (oops! an alliteration. pun intended!)
- Being able to test previews on various clients.
- Very informative events and webinars.
- Great online blogs and articles.
- Heat map (not sure if they do already).
- Time saved by not needing to manually test emails.
- Better decision-making for B2B emails in terms of outlook.
