Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We mainly use it for email template's cross platform and browsers testing. Litmus helps us in rectifying the issues that our clients face on different browsers for their end customers. My team mainly create different custom HTML templates for our client teams on their request and we test it on Litmus and we share direct previews with them to get their approval.

- Cross Browser Testing Availability
- Supported Dark Mode for Most of the Browsers
- UI can definitely be improved, I personally liked the old one
- Also, it can add autosave feature as we have to hit save after each edit in the code
- Selecting a previews takes a long time to load
- As we mainly use it for manually test email templates, it helps us in delivering in time.
- Deeper visibility is provided in the code and its impact on the different previews. (Multiple views is one of the best feature)
It provides us with insights which are required for fulfilling the overall expectations of the end clients, with maximum visibility of different devices/platform support across the internet. And this enables our sales to pitch in/push our product even further to an end client, as we are 100% certain about all the available devices/platform support.
We use the task list and status updates of each and every item that goes via our Quality assurance team in the company, we are very happy with the options that it comes with and the integration support with different tools is just amazing and helps us to work as unit.
