Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use it to ensure that our emails are displaying well on a variety of email clients. It helps us to pinpoint & eliminate any HTML-related layout defects.
- Super easy to use
- Various display options allows us to review a high volume of content quickly
- Shareability options are great, as it allows others to view any email client renderings, even if they do not personally use Litmus daily as I do
- A versioning or organization feature would be great
- Offer more recent email clients. The newer ones are often not available
- In my opinion it runs slow sometimes
- Time saved not needing to use QA test accounts
- Client visibility as to our testing process & sharing any defects present

I work in marketing operations rather than strategy, therefore am not the best person to answer this question.
We often use the sharing feature with clients or others within the company to help demonstrate a defect & hopefully resolve it.
The starring feature is also helpful if you need to return to an issue.
