Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central

We use LogMeIn for all of our remote computer support operations. With LogMeIn, we have been able to work on multiple computers all at one time. It is not uncommon to have one tech working on several clients' systems all at the same time. Having the ability to have multiple remote sessions going is a real time saver.

  • The alert functions could be better organized.
  • The alert packages could use more options.
  • Time saved going out on location.
  • Being able to immediately assist customers.
  • LogMeIn's cost is lower than the competitors.
Right out of the box LogMeIn was really easy to use. The webinars they provide are extremely helpful and full of great tips on how to get the most out of their product.
We have never had an issue using LogMeIn, just as long as we have internet access. The have been times where we had to use alternative forms of Internet access, like 4G hotspots, but we never had a problem getting to the LogMeIn servers.
TeamViewer can be used without having to purchase it, but lacks several of the features that LogMeIn has. One is being able to make a remote connection as soon as a computer has a network connection. You can use LogMeIn to enter username and password credentials remotely. You can also have more than three remote sessions going at the same time.
LogMeIn is extremely useful if you are managing multiple servers/workstations and need remote access to several computers at the same time. Being able to work on several computers at the same time (like deploying software) is a real time saver. Also, being able to view the status of all the systems we monitor in one place is fantastic.
