Overall Satisfaction with Lusha

Very easy. Connecting to other systems was very fast, and the rest of Lusha is cloud based with very little configuration. We were up and running on the platform the very same day that we signed the contract. Lusha's team led a training for my sales team and we were using the platform quickly.
We use Lusha to identify and reach insurance brokers to partner with. We were wasting too much time manually searching the internet for broker names and contact information, but Lusha enables us to get the right titles at scale. It allows provides information about the location of those insurance brokers so we can effectively message our products and services to them.
  • Large database of insurance brokers by title
  • Easily connects to Salesforce and Salesloft, which we use in our sales process.
  • Enriches existing database for better accuracy and fresh data
  • Not enough parameters for searching - I wish we could restrict our search to exclude contacts that are already in our Salesforce database.
  • Wish the data was updated more frequently. Contact information is very accurate but title and role changes aren't always captured in a timely manner.
  • More smaller businesses if possible. Options are limited if looking for businesses with less than 50 employees.
  • Saves our sales reps hours of time each week

  • Increases the amount of meetings set from business development
Lusha is a very cost effective solution that provided contacts with the right titles in the right areas of the United States. We don't use it for data outside of the US, but the accuracy of the data has been very good. It has saved our teams time each week and enabled us to set more meetings.
These products are very similar. Zoominfo feels more premium as a service but the size of available contacts and the accuracy of the data doesn't appear to be different between the two platforms. We selected Lusha primarily because of price and because Lusha allowed for a smaller team with unlimited single credits.

Lusha is great when the goal is to get the right titles in the right locations and to get them at scale. The contact information is very accurate, and many of the accounts we want to target are in the database. It saves sales reps hours each week in searching for prospects as well as during the data entry process.
