Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
As an agency it is great to have a platform that can be used with many different clients with different instances. It would be used for emails and automated workflows as well as audience management.
- Organises data well and allows for exports
- Great interface with drag and drop
- Tells you if something is wrong before proceeding, great flags
- Follow-ups- I feel there isn't always the option I want for logic
- Email marketing allowed for more sales
- The drag and drop allowed for more professional emails leading to more sales
- The ability to manage a list with COI/DOI ensured compliance
I think they are very similar in terms of ability, I do wish they had an option to have an AB test within a sequence which was automated with some more options but to my knowledge and work with support this doesn't exist on either yet. This is quite complex and for the platform and business isn't a day to day need. This is something that is useful in other platforms. My favourite element is the drag and drop editor.
We have only used it for email marketing, list management and triggered sequences but do see the merit in all-in-one platforms.
Had many successes in improving deliverability by grouping audiences and having different follow-ups which are more personalised.
