Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
We use it to create nurturing and email campaigns. We have some landing pages and forms in Marketo but have moved over to Ion Interactive for most of our landing pages. We use it for all our marketing communications and are about to roll it out to our other divisions. All [are] controlled by marketing.
- Marketo Syncs great with Salesforce. Easy field mapping to custom SF fields and objects.
- We use a different platform for our interactive landing pages, Marketo does not give us the glamour to the landing pages that some of their competitors do.
- The new communities is overwhelming and not as user friendly as I would like it to be.
- We do not utilize the analytics portion of Marketo well enough to answer this at this time. One reason for visiting Marketo at Dreamforce is to learn more about analytics and showing ROI.
