Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

We use Marketo mostly for the marketing department. We build out all of our campaigns for our field team, lists uploads, webinars etc.
  • I really like their design studio and marketing activities the best. I use those two the most and I think the user interface is pretty easy to navigate.
  • It would be nice if Marketo didn't allow so many variations of fields to be created. If there was a maximum # of fields. It would be cool if it could merge more of the same duplicates and fields for mapping.

Product Launches - we use marketo for promotion to our current customers
Upsell- we promote via email/webcasts etc., to our current database
Lead management - we're trying to clean our database in Marketo so it's cleaner and we get better analytics in SFDC
Although HubSpot's UI was really nice, they just didn't perform to the magnitude that we needed. SalesForce was a no-brainer compared to SugarCRM.
Marketo is good for SMB companies, I do find we tend to use outside agencies for our analytics rather than the Marketo analytics tool.
