Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage
We started using Adobe Marketo Engage to start our path down marketing automation. This included email automation as well as lead management through landing pages and forms. It took a while to set up, but now we use it to help with the entire customer journey from beginning to account opening. It has made life a lot easier, and the tracking and analytics help a lot with what to send next.

Adobe Marketo Engage does a great job of handling all areas of the sales process as well as informational emails. The subscription management works well as well as using analytics to set up campaigns that drive further sales. This includes sending additional emails to people that clicked on an email but didn't take action.
