Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage
Adobe Marketo Engage is being used by various departments in our organization, mainly marketing, marketing ops, DevOps, client, partner, product marketing, etc. It helps in all our inbound digital marketing efforts combined with lead management, prospect campaigns and nurturing, lead routing to various BDR's and other subscription settings. It is our main Marketing automation system, and teams rely heavily on the usage of Adobe Marketo Engage.

- Email editor is basic and not user friendly as compared to others out there
- Reporting is very basic and not used as a great reporting tool
- There can be a bit of a steep learning curve for new users - the UI isn't too intuitive.
- SFDC integration is smooth and has improved over the years but for non-SFDC users can become challenging at some times
