Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 Business Premium
Our office uses Microsoft 365 Business Premium to create document templates, standardized forms, and consistent communication forms for clients and candidates. What were individual software applications now are used as a suite of apps that have cloud storage, sharing, and consistent updates. We also create flyers, brochures, and newsletters with Publisher. Outlook allows us to schedule meetings, appointments, and file important communication for easy retrieval.
- Sharing calendars--imperative for me to schedule interviews with my team
- Consistent software updates--we use Word for document templates and interview forms
- Excel allows us to track candidates by week, provide running totals, and track our progress through the year
- There are times that Outlook has archived or removed old emails from the system. occasional something gets lost.
- We have had a few hiccups with OneDrive and sharing information across locations.
- Occasionally the Outlook search feature does not find what we are seeking.
- Outlook--ability to set appointments
- Word--ability to create templates and forms
- Excel--ability to create annual spreadsheets to track goal progress and call list generation
- We've been able to easily find a candidate we had spoken to and refer to a client
- Finding an email thread that proved we had contacted a candidate
- Tracking dialog between client HR contacts
We have only evaluated Microsoft 365 Business Premium. We do use Adobe products for a different purpose.
