Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
We use [Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)] across the whole organization. We deployed it a little over 7 years ago. The complexity of managing on site Exchange systems for a small business prompted the initial investigation into the solution. The second biggest factor was both the cost to obtain copies of Office, and the disparity of installed Office versions.
By adopting [Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)] we eased the burden of on site Exchange management, and were finally able to standardize on a version of Office across the entire organization. It also enabled us to stay current with new releases of Office.

Please consider our consideration of alternatives dates back seven years ago, so the alternative offerings today are likely to be rather different.
We did consider continuing with Exchange on site, but deemed the increasing cost and complexity to justify adopting [Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)].
We did not seriously consider WordPerfect Office, but did briefly review its cost and features. The prevalence of Office, the need to ensure an alternative that would provide compatibility with it, and the familiarity of our employees with MS Office, made the decision to remain with MS Office a very easy one.
