Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have been using different email servers including those from Google, Rediffmail, and Microsoft. I found Microsoft Exchange to be the most intuitive and feature-rich platform. Its products ranging from email to calendar and other avenues make it a great all-in-one suite. It's secure with 2FA and recovery codes, doesn't lag, and rarely has downtime.

Microsoft has a wide variety of products and the Exchange server is a great way to bring them all under one roof for enterprises. If the organization uses Microsoft applications throughout then using the Exchange server is of great benefit.
