Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
It is being used by the whole company, as a way to connect virtually with both employees and customers.
- Video conferencing.
- Collaboration (messaging outside of Outlook).
- Sometimes there isn't a link to join a meeting, which makes you click on a link, which takes you to the web, which takes you back to Teams.
- We have been able to work remotely without missing a beat.
Teams is nice because of the Microsoft integration.
