Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
I sit out of our Noida office in India whereas we have counterparts in sales, customer success and various other functions operating from the rest of the world. Oftentimes, one needs to connect with a colleague from a different geography and Teams is the perfect platform to do so. Not only can you find whoever you are looking for, but you also have display pictures, organizational charts, reporting manager details and a lot more information available which is very helpful. Personally, I feel it is the only right way to collaborate in an enterprise, especially since e-mails are way too formal.

- I'd like the option to keep myself "available" even when I'm away from my laptop so everyone knows they can reach out to me. It doesn't have to show me as "away" every time I start using my browser or step away from my laptop.
- A full screen presentation mode
- The option to see thumbnails of all participants, regardless of the number
- Teams helped me find an opportunity through collaboration with a colleague sitting out of the US
- Teams also helped me progress a deal as I could use it to collaborate with my propsect/contact to discuss next steps/questions and also share files etc.
- Teams helps me work from home 2 days a week which would've been otherwise impossible
For our particular use case, which is collaboration across teams sitting in different geographies in a fast-paced sales organization, Microsoft Teams is just the perfect platform to bring everyone together. Teams helps you keep the dialogue strictly professional which is good as you don't deviate too much from your primary task. I'd recommend it to everyone in a similar setup over any of the other platforms unless the use case differs.
