Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro helps us with project management and most importantly creates a space where we can collaborate in real-time with various media. It creates a great repository for links, images, thoughts, etc. With a growth of a board, Miro allows us to see the progress of our projects we can quickly go back in time and see how it started. Clients are always also interested in seeing our Miroboards since it gives the opportunity to visualize ie. progress and we can immediately change something or even allow them to do so.

I really like Miro and how focused it is on visualizing things. The idea of digital sticky notes is amazing especially since I am able to immediately share them with others. Miro works really well also on the phone which allows me to work or supervise the project on the go.
I believe that many options are clear and don't require that much learning. But I remember that at the beginning I was a little bit overwhelmed by how complex the system is - I see it as a definitive advantage now. But other than that now that I got a little bit of understanding I am able to use Miro smoothly and effortlessly.
During Covid-19 lockdowns, my teams were able to collaborate together in a safe manner keeping the productivity on the same if not at a higher level. Also, I had a case where the whole hackathon I participated in, took place online due to the coronavirus, and as the main form of communication organization used Miro.

The thing that Miro stands out the most is its ease of use together with the complexity and amount of functions it has. Also, it is worth mentioning that Miro has a good app and web apps that allow for smooth and seamless workflow while changing from PC to mobile device.
Miro is definitely useful for any kind of creative work or project management, especially in the creative sector. It helps to not only visualize thoughts and ideas but also helps to structure them. Which gives a great boost during the workflow. It is also a great way to show your progress to the stakeholders.
