Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used by some teams in order to collaborate in a world where most of us are still remote. It is used by some of the more technical teams to build user stories to inform how to build future projects or applications. It helps us also give visibility to other stakeholders in the project who are not necessarily part of the building process but are involved in informing use cases for it.
  • Flexibility of space.
  • Easy to collaborate with others.
  • Sometimes hard to move in and out or adjust pieces on the board.
  • Improved project collaboration.
Our team didn't do a great job implementing Miro, it hasn't been pushed to the organization in any large way. I was introduced to the tool by working with another team who used the tool. I didn't get official training on the tool, I got a small intro from the other team member. I also utilized the online tools from the Miro website.
I haven't really integrated Miro with other products so not entirely sure on the ease of doing this. I know there is a lot of opportunity in this area. I think it would be helpful if our team did an official implementation of the tool to the teams to help with the integration.
Miro has helped our team of project managers work more easily with our product managers to build out user stories for the products that we are building for the team. It gives us the ability to create ideas in real-time or on our own time to work together later. I think this is really useful to save time during meetings so that we're all seeing the same thing and working on the same thing.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I think Miro is great for the beginning of a project when you're brainstorming or working together to put together ideas for something that is not yet concrete. It's helpful when you're broadly putting ideas down. It's a bit more difficult when you're getting more specific on the product as it starts to become redundant. I feel that it's easier to just show the actual project rather than working within Miro when you're deeper into the build.
