Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Real-time collaboration on a wide range of product-related activities. Used by the product org as a means of exploring and sharing ideas. Given Covid, the main problem it solves is the digital whiteboard that allows everyone to participate no matter where they are, whether working from home or in the office.
  • Multiple people working together at the same time.
  • Infinite whiteboard that can grow.
  • Integrating with other tools to pull in data.
  • Powerpoint to Miro just brings in images not the text.
  • Exporting from Miro doesn't always work that well.
  • The selector/move tool doesn't always behave properly, can be very frustrating at times.
  • Easier to collaborate online.
It is getting better but doesn't feel 100% optimized at times - having it all in a browser is fine, but I do wonder if you could also provide it as a desktop app.
Powerpoint integration is poor.
This has been the main use case of Miro.
