Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for brainstorming, mockups, and architectural decisions. Also, we are creating CJMs and EJMs in Miro, and find it a good suit. Also, we use plugins like Poker Planning.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Fast Briefing
  • Mind Mapping
  • Sometimes need smth like BPMN
  • More abilities for mockups
  • Complex diagrams
  • Fast poker planning
  • Reduced time for brainstorming
  • Making things obvious
No problems with implementation at all.
Cannot say nothing about integration, in my team we don't use any integrations.
Due to COVID, we are all apart. Miro helps us to collaborate remotely. Also, it helps in onboarding.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

The best one is to mind map and describe some user flows. Good for CJMs. Rather average for roadmaps. I feel like is it not very good for mockups. I like FigJam more.
