Overall Satisfaction with Miro

This is a great tool for a group of users to contribute in a remote setting. The ability for multiple users to be in the product and simultaneously make updates is valuable. It took me a minute to learn how to use it, but now that I am familiar it is used in all large projects for collaboration. We use it to summarize and organize ideas out from user interviews. Create a plan to solve the problem we are attacking And also Mock up what our design will be.
  • Remote Collaboration
  • Multiple Users Making Edits
  • Provide a Full Picture of Problem we are trying to Solve
  • Intuitive User Function
  • Zoom In/Out, sometimes hard to find place within board I want to be
  • Tips to complete desired actions, User Guides
  • Improved Productivity
  • Ability to White Board Remotely
Highly suggest to use as a replacement when in a remote setting and can't collaborate in person
It is not super user friendly and takes some time to familiarize yourself on how to use
It has been our replacement for in person meetings

I prefer Miro over Figma because it is organized better and when presenting to others it has a better flow
This is a great tool when you have the need to collaborate with multiple users in a remote setting. It allows for us to "whiteboard" and everyone has an opportunity to contribute their opinions and suggestions. This is valuable when we have a large problem to solve that requires a lot of discovery and different forms of information that needs to be compiled
