Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to draft processes or to structure collaborative workshops that aim at creating processes or concepts. Usually, we create templates or drafts beforehand and build on that during our meetings with colleagues. The usage of sticky notes is very intuitive and makes collaboration with external partners possible with almost no time spent on the introduction of Miro as a tool.
- Very intuitive UI for new users
- Useful to quickly create very basic click dummies
- Ability to visualize structures in real-time
- Post-Its have a predefined set of colors. Having those individualized would be useful especially for multi-company meetings where you could assign colors according to company logos.
- I would guess that per hour workshop this tool has saved at least 30 minutes in preparation and documentation time
- Productivity in this context is hard to measure, but compared to screen sharing and collecting input on a PowerPoint slide, this is noticeably more productive when allowing other participants to join in creating content on the board
Especially throughout the ongoing pandemic and with the home office being the new normal, this is the next best thing in collaboration.
