Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We normally use Miro for brainstorming, or UX processes depending on the project, we normally use it in the very early stages of projects to define the path of how we are going to approach everything.
  • Share boards
  • Card sorting
  • Tools and team working
  • Be able to introduce other elements like videos, or things like that, which normally supports our mood boards creation
  • Improve the comments option, sometimes that take a lot of space
  • The dashboard could be improved as well, shows a lot of boards, and it's not possible to reorder or group them.
  • Improved productivity
  • Reduced the back and forward in the teams.
  • Make way more easy the project presentations
It's ok, but miro has to do hard work because there are other tools that work in the same way and allow us to design, or have a better understanding of the projects, for example, Figma
The share boards make easy the ease of integration, mostly because everyone in the team could jump in and work on it, the only thing is the number of people you can have for your license.
In the best way possible, because we are a global company, with people all over the world, remote work has brought a new way to work with others, and Miro helps us just with sharing a link and having all in there, this is an amazing chance because everyone could be involved in any process and depending on the project we can have more assets included.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

We can design on Figma, and miro it's just to share information, which you can do also on the Figma boards, and now with the Jam option in Figma, you can even have everything in the same app.
It's a great tool to work in huge teams, everyone is involved and UX teams are one of the best tools, also, for explaining or making roadmaps, or sitemaps it's useful to better understand where we are and where we gonna go.
