Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro has helped to make our hybrid working environment become more equitable. It allows everyone to participate regardless of location and brings fun, unique, ways to collaborate.

  • I wish I could change the color of the icons to match the theme of my presentation or board
  • I would love to be able to upload our company font or logos to the icon library
  • We have been able to reduce meetings by having a virtual space to edit/comment/reply
I wish I had the foresight to be better organize our team spaces within our enterprise plan. For example, I would have locked down our main enterprise space and forced everyone to join a team space to avoid clutter being shared so broadly.
There are a few integrations that we were sold on during the demo process that actually require third-party middleware and come at an extra cost.
It has helped teams to become more visual and subsequently accountable because we are more likely to write down ideas/actions on sticky notes.

Miro's infinite canvas and vast list of out-of-the-box integrations was the largest selling point.
Miro is excellent for facilitating meetings such as brainstorm sessions, process mapping, etc. however, I would look to excel for any sort of analytical analysis.
