Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We mainly use it for Quarterly Planning. We've also used it for workshopping how to make our teams better.

Pros

  • Using it as a virtual whiteboard with sticky notes
  • Real time collaboration on multiple boards

Cons

  • Organization of the boards can feel messy (like if someone has multiple areas that we should be following & there is no rhyme or reason to how they are placed)
  • I wish there were templates for usual use cases (like a quarterly planning template)
  • Clarity on cross functional dependencies
It feels mentally disorganized and without structure. I wish there were templates to help guide or suggestions along the way as you create.
I love the Jira-Miro integration!
It's basically our virtual whiteboard!

Miro is great for visualizing wide-scale dependencies. Trello is harder to get that blown out the view.
