Overall Satisfaction with Miro

As a footwear materials developer within Adidas, I use Miro to create vision boards, seasonal material selections, and cross functional presentations. As a developer, we review hundreds of materials per season, so we use this platform to display what we're currently looking into for seasonal newness, and for the team to share their thoughts on the material direction.

  • Reducing waste and cost by creating digital board instead of physical boards
  • Data and comment collection in one place
A few colleagues are slow to use it or do not utilize it at all. Most users are keen on the interface but others do not prefer to integrate other platforms into their day-to-day work.
Some are not keen on adding more platforms to their day to day work. More could be done to entice/excite current employees of an organization (that currently have subscriptions) to get them started on the platform.
This feature is great to collaborate with colleagues across the organization; however, some consultant workers with non-company email addresses are not able to access the platform due to their domain name.

I have not used other products like Miro. This is my first time using a platform of this kind that has allowed me to edit a live document that is not an Excel file or Word document. Miro was introduced as a platform that Adidas pays for, so I was encouraged to use it as a company/department benefit.
Ease of use is great; the functionality and interface are polished for a positive user experience. I like the ability to collaborate and present to teammates in an efficient way with the board set up. It would be great to have better visibility to changes that are made to the boards by individual contributors as well as guests.
