Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro primarily for collaboration. Most of the organisation works from home so being able to open up a dynamic canvas much larger than PowerPoint and be able to edit simultaneously is very beneficial. We run our sprint ceremonies using the tool as well as and ideation sessions. We also have templates created for our workshops we run.
  • Collaboration.
  • Ease of use.
  • Navigation.
  • Sharing.
  • Whiteboarding.
  • Stay signed in for single sign in, not having to press login twice.
  • Application that supports multi-point touch for large touch screens.
  • Whiteboard storage and folder layout.
  • Quicker workshop execution.
  • Less costs on reduced storage space.
  • Less costs on reduced licences for other software.
Miro was implemented very quickly. Team admin was able to assign user licences as needed, providing a scalable approach for our team. We were able to extend Miro globally to our colleagues overseas with correct user management policies.
Integration into Single sign on reduced barriers for account creation and ease of access. Being a web browser application users were able to quickly use Miro without requiring administrative rights on their laptop to install an application.
Miro has allowed multiple teams in region and globally collaborate together on single whiteboards. We have been able to replicate our workshop templates globally to our organisation in order to improve and update our process succinctly.

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro has single sign in.
Miro has much more integrations into emojis, stickers, image search etc which was way more powerful than competitors.
Miro navigation is a bit less user friendly initially but you get used to it.
Miro is well suited for:
  • Large and open documentation, not being limited by your canvas size.
  • Strong collaboration and live editing online without an application downloaded.
  • Workshop or ceremony templates.

Miro is less suited for:
  • Documents which require lots of typing e.g. replacement for Microsoft Word.
  • Documents with rows and columns e.g. replacement for Microsoft Excel.
