Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use it to create roadmaps for our product team and keep track of operational processes (timelines, calendars).
  • Being able to tag sticky notes
  • Easy to move around and zoom in and out
  • Cool integrations
  • Learning curve-- teaching users how to use the tool
  • Permissions-- annoying to have to grant people access
  • Restoring past versions
  • Has helped to track our objectives and key results
  • Has helped share information across teams
Integrated with Jira and Confluence. its cool but its a bit limited, you cant use all the attributes and tags from Jira and its gets complex with different boards
We can share boards with our stakeholders or users for them to be in the loop, can work within our team to complete and review items at the same time

Yes

I only evaluated them. Its very expensive on its mostly geared toward roadmaps, so wouldn't fit our other functions for more product-related tracking
Very good for operations processes, keeping track of dates and milestones and being able to share that with the team. Assigning tasks to people as well.
