Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We need to bring people together remotely to brainstorm design ideas, problems to solve or new areas of interest. We use Miro to gather large amount of data and build live documents to e shared internationally. also use this for a live inspiration library of images from the web, photos, scans etc.
- A way to gather large amounts of data/ map out and explain a problem
- bring many users together on one topic internationally
- replaces PowerPoint in some cases
- People get frustrated when presenting if the screen moves around too much
- easy to make a messy board
- filing security
- saved time and money on gathering designers/ engineers etc for a brainstorm
- No other way to really show all content around a problem/product in one place
- Saved paper on printing boards for inspiration etc
much easier and quicker to get people onto a board than in person especially when people are working from home.
Also if a board is set up a deadline can be set and people can contribute when convenient for them rather than all in one session.
