Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Currently use Miro for a variety of use cases, including the following: Workshops Exploring Problems Feature Ideation, Organization, Grouping Product Architecture Activity Mapping Planning Events Retrospectives.

  • Various Templates to Start From.
  • Smartsheet Connection - Limited Communication Back-n-Forth.
  • Loading Time When First Opening.
  • Reloading Time When Moving Around a Large Miro Board.
  • Speed of Discussion.
  • Volume Increase on Everyone's Voice.
  • Longevity of Workshop Ideas.
Give access to as many people as possible. The more people involved in the tool, the more the organization can gain. Be patient with everyone learning the tool. They will gain the skills need to navigate and leverage the tool.
As simple as flipping a light switch on.
Miro has provided us with the flexibility to have a shared environment that is not limited by how much wall space we have. The complexities with adding remote (i.e., always remote or just for today) have been greatly reduced with Miro. The engagement from the remote team members is wonderful.
