Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I can't speak for our whole organisation, but within my team-community, we use Miro for shared discussion and shared tasks. Generally the boards are created by Scrum Masters or Architects and allow everyone that works on a project, workstream or task to see, amend and co-create.
Working remotely has many benefits but bring some challenges too. Miro bridges a gap that is created with all people giving and getting value from a discussion not sharing a physical space, allowing simultaneous and staggered feedback loops and visual representation of the work at hand.

- Search functionality
- Grouping and framing
- Add ins
- So silly, but have a color picker :)
- Show groups clearer (maybe dots around which are grouped together) not frames
- Frame name freedom! Want to have no name some name, emoji name, picture name!
- Positive from a knowledge share and discussion perspective. ROI i cannot comment on.
This is part of why I love Miro. Timezones, location, language and available all have a smaller impact and knowledge is shared and agreement reached.
