Overall Satisfaction with Miro

My team and I almost exclusively use Miro for white boarding, diagraming, and architecture designs. We love how collaborative it is and most of our text-based documentation ends up linking to a Miro board. A picture truly says a thousand words.

We’ve also started to use the presentation features and building “slides” instead of a power point. This is still getting adopted but certainly gaining traction.
  • Collaboration
  • Architecture Diagrams
  • Process Maps
  • Animation (would love to be able to record and play animation back)
  • Better, clearer documentation. In the world of software, this is critical. Miro has given a robust toolset to round out of technical docs with beautiful pictures
  • Hopping into a Miro board live during a meeting can really clear up confusion. The ability for everyone to collaborate and move their mouse to what they’re talking about and edit boards in real-time has been a game changer for our remote first company
The implementation was very straightforward. The Miro team took care of 99% of the work.
Miro has greatly impacted us. We are a remote first company with no physical offices. We have staff and contractors located around the globe. Having Miro has allowed us to collaborate better. There’s so much value for us with being able to all see, “touch”, and “feel” the same diagram. It’s quite the powerful tool.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I would 100% recommend Miro to someone looking for a collaboration and diagramming tool. The features that are currently available really blow the competition out of the water in my opinion. And Miro continually looks to add more and more features, which is impressive.

The presentation/slides mode works alright and could use some improvement. It’s time consuming getting slides up and running. But once you have a few, it goes a little quicker. Power Point or Google Slides is much more comfortable. But Miro seems like it’s gaining traction here.
