Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro for project mapping, design, statuses, brainstorming, creating content and share with colleagues
It consolidates various data in unified or distributed boards. The fact that Miro supports various products and components and its ever growing and expanding since I've first used it, make it a great choice for various stakeholders thanks to its versatility and overall easy-of use.

Pros
- Creating detailed and vivid boards
- Content creation of the fly, with various adaptation and design
- Supports various layouts and techniques that I believe anyone can find what's works best for him/her
- Great presentation capabilities
Cons
- Overall UX is good, however can be further improved
- The new GenAI tool is a great addition - however limited to only specific element and to a specific and pre-defined tasks. I would further appreciate if it would be able to further expanded and support more commands or even support manual/custom instructions to the AI. Also Each element current holds its own limited command - thus you cannot execute AI commands on a group of different elements, which is very limited.
- I'm a great advocate of AI and believe that this is the future, so it's amazing to see Miro adapts to the latest advances. However, there's so much that should and could be done, and now when AI tools gives you the freedom to do possibly anything, It's bad to see that it's actually limiting the user.
- I have deep and rich experience with AI tools and their implementations in various tools, thus I feel strongly the lack and limitation of AI usage within Miro. I have to many ideas and capabilities that would skyrocket Miro, thus make me feel so much limited with the current implementation of AI.
- I trust the Miro team to further expand it, I'd be happy to get on another call with the team and share my experience and vision.
- Improved visibility and and productivity
- Increased brainstorming and content creation
- Great for collaboration with teammates
- Good for creativity
We've been using Miro's White board with remote team-members although not that often as it's not our main communication tool. Overall it's great for visualising and brainstorming with others.

I really love that consolidation of various tools, boards and capabilities within Miro.
When first introduced to Miro I recall it supported a small list of tools/boards, and it's great to see it's getting more expandable, innovative while keeping its core foundations and easy of use.
