We use Miro to plan and map processes and for strategic planning. While developing a business model and preparing to pivot into new markets, we used it extensively.

Been a big help. We can work in both remote and in-person settings. The visual representation of the group's thinking and the tasks at hand keeps everyone aligned and on task. It's easy to keep people from checking their phones when they are working on a Miro screen.

I have used a free version of Lucid chart. It's serviceable, but clunky. With Miro I have exactly what I need to really make things happen. I spend a lot of time at the white board since I facilitate our team meetings. Miro has made it easy for me to white board virtually.
