Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro for brainstorming and brainstorming workshops within the team and across departments. Miro is also used for mapping any processes, as these can be clearly visualised here. Project planning can also be clearly visualised in Miro and topics can be compared. Miro Boards are clear, interactive and offer a wide range of options for collaboration and visualising information.
- Variety of templates
- Brainstorming platform for collaborative work
- Workshops: all participants can work in Miro at the same time
- sometimes its hard to find out how to connect Miro with other apss (e.g. Jira)
- Restrictions not possible per board
- improved productivity
- improved collaborative work within a team and across departments
We use Miro a lot to collaborate not only within the company, but also with other companies. Its easy to understand and has a good user interface.
We changed brainstorming workshops from office charts to Miro.

Confluence can be used well for instructions and documentation. But it does not work for workshops or brainstorming, as content and ideas cannot be visualised clearly.
