Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to convey design research conducted on CRM channels such as email and SMS. I also use Miro to plan user journey's, projects, and template ideation.

Miro is used across departments, but it can be hard to accumulate all the information across departments and make it shareable to all departments in a simple and findable way.
It unites remote workers in various locations by visualizing project ideas and allowing for collaboration on the boards.
Much more comprehensive for brainstorming and creating journeys than Canva!

Miro is great for when you are planning out a user's journey through an email marketing channel. We've used it for mapping out our lifecycle campaigns and user touchpoints in a journey. It is also good for collecting qualitative feedback from UX research such as from user interviews and creating sticky note cluster maps.
