Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Financial control is more of a collective role that we share amongst teammates and Miro has been helping us streamline our operations by giving us a mutual team space. This shared space allows us to unite our strength in work by collaborating on every single project and work that is assigned to us. With Miro, we have been able to develop a cohesive teamwork spirit which sees us achieve better results and optimize our workforce.

More than just been a smooth experience implemeting Miro, setting it up and integrating it into our previously existing work framework was so simple. Miro gave us the easiest time customizing it so as to fit the specific needs that we wanted it to approach. The key insights were how incredible the customer support team were in assisting us with all the help we needed to implement Miro.
It was possible to integrate Miro with other products that we use during our work like Microsoft Teams and the experience was so seamless. There was no complexity at all in integrating Miro with the other products and the integration did not affect the performance of either of the integrated products.
Miro offers us a mutual team working platform which allows us to unify our work abilities by working together and collaborating. This help us to have all hand on deck during any project. It allows us to share our ideas easily using the whiteboards and develop work plans which help us effectuate our work better as a team.
Miro gained the upper hand against the other products that we evaluated because it showed great capabilities of being a wholesome work management platform for not just team collaboration but also for planning our work as a team, visualizing the work plans using diagrams like flowcharts and journey maps and monitoring the progress of the work.

Initially, we implemented Miro to help us build up better work togetherness through collaboration but we came to benefit much more from Miro other than just collaborating. It offered a complete team working platform that allows us to take full charge of our financial projects from developing work plans and objectives together, visualizing our work plans and activities and working collaboratively towards achieving these objectives.
