Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to review the priorities and status of roles in our office daily. We are an IT staffing company and can showcase deals and potential deals through regular updates to our Miro board. In a metric-focused role, we must continually update Miro with our specific progress in terms of submitted candidates, interviews, feedback meetings, etc.

Pros

  • Allows for regular updates.
  • Easy editing.
  • Collaboration.

Cons

  • Although I make updates to Miro daily, I don't use it extensively enough to be able to note any changes that should be made.
  • Miro allows for increased productivity in my office by creating a meeting place for my office to reference each morning.
  • Miro cuts out unnecessary conversation that can be easily accessed through regular touchpoints and updates to each board.
Miro allows for seamless communication and avoids unnecessary chatter about information that could be otherwise found through any regular Miro status update or changes to the respective board. Miro creates a meeting place for my team to share ideas, victories, challenges, and more while showcasing important information that affects the productivity of my office.

When used as a tool for seamless collaboration, Miro is a highly functional tool that allows for continuous and accurate communication throughout the day and throughout different offices. It can be used as a touchpoint and overall status update to eliminate unnecessary conversation that can be easily accessed for solutions or updates.

Miro only provides benefits to my day-to-day - no cons. I am able to share ideas collaboratively, stay up to date w/ offices across the globe, and relay information quickly. It also helps avoid confusion and lessens messages throughout the day by providing a "one stop-shop" for internal updates across different boards.
