Overall Satisfaction with Miro

A lot of different teams use Miro in different ways - but I would say the main uses are for Digital Whiteboarding, Collaboration and Documentation. It solves the problem of being able to keep a digital record of conversations and decisions and have a place that everyone can access and see everything.
  • allows plug-ins and connections with other applications
  • management of sharing and security across people
  • easy for anyone to learn and use basic capabilities - but also has a lot of great advanced features for those that want to learn
  • not easy to find and organize all of the boards you have access to
  • not easy to find content within a board if the team has put a ton of stuff in there. almost becomes a digital mess sometimes
  • sometimes performance is an issue
  • improvement in collaboration
  • more accessible documentation
it's allowed us to not have to always put meetings together to be able to work together - it's been great for that!
I haven't used it much - but at first glance...seems to be an ok enough alternative to Miro - especially considering the cost

No

It is a great tool to use when meeting with a group over videoconference to collaborate and brainstorm together. It is also great for non-realtime collaboration and allow teams to work together in the same area, but not necessarily at the same time. Also great for capturing feedback from customers in non-real time.
