Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • pny of us can access an overview of the Pipeline, billing, and development roadmap in one place.
  • Accounts can easily get billing data and execute invoicing.
  • We ditched Salesforce which required thousands of pounds of SI work and never fulfilled its potential. Monday has allowed us to build out processes just the way we want it with no external input.
We use Monday.com across our entire organization, we use it to track pipeline, development roadmap, support tickets, and billing data pre-invoice. Monday enables the team to view activity horizontally across departments and collaborate better with colleagues. It allows us to update each other in real-time, reducing meeting discussion times and keeping everyone in the loop. Team members can self administer holiday, sick days and provide anonymous feedback on team members to help with education, reviews, and general HR.
  • 360-degree visibility of pipeline and development roadmap, helping prioritise work in line with revenue opportunities.
  • Collaboration between sales and accounts, providing simple overviews of opportunities their terms, pricing, and subscription periods.
  • Simplified HR with self-administered functions such as holiday, expenses, sick pay, and feedback.
  • Charts and graphs could be easier to compile.
  • Different layouts of pulses within the same board.
Monday is extremely easy to use. Anyone can use it almost off the bat. Our more technical teams can integrate quickly with other platforms and I am confident we will continue to build more capabilities. We run the entire day to day operation using Monday.com and Sage.
Support from Monday.com has always been very responsive. The communications regarding updates, roadmap, and the platform status are excellent.
We've had effectively zero downtime with Monday.com. Every platform can have its issues, but we've never experienced any problem of a long enough duration to have any concerns or impact on our business. Released features that we use work out of the box.

We manage our Sales Pipeline within Monday and use the free form of comments and attachments to execute the business. Monday gives us the best opportunity management application I have implemented having tried over complex, and expensive solutions such as Salesforce. Monday is ideal for Business Managers who know what they want to achieve, without the clutter of other bloated systems. Integrations to other platforms make automation easy, allowing us to select the products that we feel benefit our business rather than a monolithic system.
