Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- It has enabled us to save time as everyone has easy access to client project plans.
- Easier setup of project management boards.
Monday.com is used across 50% of the organisation, mostly with client facing teams to use to manage both internal projects and client projects.
We were previously using Excel or Microsoft Teams to manage projects, however using monday.com enables to have all of our information about the client in one place that all members of the project team can easily update and track.

- Interactive - it's very easy for different members of the team to provide updates on the monday.com board.
- Visibility - the board owner can tailor whether they want the board to be public or private so that stakeholders outside of the project can easily have visibility of the board if needed (public board).
- Can easily tailor the fields.
- Look and feel - the board is very easy to use and also looks good, this also goes for the export, in fact it's probably one of the nicest exports I've seen.
- It would be good if you could drag dates down into the fields below (like Excel) so that you don't have to insert the same date for different fields.
My overall experience of monday.com is great, I have no issues and it does what my organisation bought it to do, to help us manage and track our projects and client deliverables. It's reliable, I've never had any issues with it and it also sends you emails notifying you of upcoming deadlines which is great.
