Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Time saving for employees.
  • Clarity on progress across projects.
All our operational processes use monday.com and it is therefore a product that is embedded in our every day practice. It enables collaborative working, more agile practices and multiple users (both employed and guest). Vital for our operations.
  • Intuitive platform.
  • Great customer support.
  • Simple for collaboration.
  • Great user interface.
  • Tagging across multiple boards.
  • Mobile phone interface is not as easy to use.
it is genuinely an intuitive platform; automations/integrations are simple to use. It works!
Whenever I have had cause to liaise with customer support the response has been exemplary - even with more complex enquiries - I would be handed over to different colleagues but each provided consistent and helpful (and friendly) support. This has been such a helpful feature of the overall monday.com experience.
Overall performance has been excellent - I can't think of many times when there have been outages or even much scheduled downtime. it has meant a consistent experience of use and reliability which is greatly appreciated.
