- Easier to track tasks and projects across teams

Our use of Monday.com grew organically within our team. It spread from one enthusiastic user to several sub-team managers in our Legal team. There is a steadily growing user base as more employees learn about it. We use it for project management, task tracking, and goal measurement.
- Task boards
- Web forms for getting new items onto task boards
- Automation of task board flow
- It can be buggy at times in Safari.
- The iPhone application is a bit hard to use, but it's getting better all the time.
- The website can sometimes be slow to load.
I have never experienced downtime with Monday.com. The system is very reliable, and the customer service is great. As noted above, sometimes I see bugs in Safari, and if there is a serious impact on usability, I will switch to another browser like Chrome.
