Automates our emails to send from the artwork system and integrates outlook.

The ability for formulas to be used as text fields.
Ability to send actual documents rather than links as email attachments.

Monday is well suited to our organization as we can easily see our active jobs in one place. We love the way it handles some emails, but we wold prefer to be able to send files as files and not links for the attachments. I would like to see if there would be some different options for viewing rather than just filtering.
