Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Monday helps me track a range of projects that my team is executing. It's incredibly useful to assign owners and track progress/updates and content that has gone live. We also use Monday to submit design and copy briefs to our creative teams and manage the reviews and approvals processes.

Pros and Cons

Project Tracking.
Clear communication with project stakeholders.
Instilling clear processes for each project and making project progression incredibly clear.

While the platform is somewhat visual, I think incorporating more imagery, such as preview images of projects, could help break up the text and make it more user-friendly.
I feel like some more training on my part could be beneficial, but the process of connecting boards can be somewhat cumbersome.

Return on Investment

Time savings have been huge on time-sensitive projects.
Ensuring we launch projects before usage rights to content expire means that we're maximizing budget efficiency.

Usability

While I previously mentioned that more imagery could be incorporated into minday.com, I do feel that the platform is incredibly user-friendly overall. Coloring and grouping projects as well as their status helps you clear and quickly understand what requires attention and what is moving smoothly. All updates/tags are easy to track via notifications and the email notifications help ensure that nothing gets missed.

Support Rating

So far, monday.com has provided strong support to our team whenever we have any troubleshooting requests or when we request further insight into a specific functionality. Luckily, we haven't had to engage the support team too often, but it is incredibly reassuring to know that they are on hand to help when we need it.

Reliability & Availability

The performance of monday.com has been incredibly reliable. I haven't experienced any issues with the platform in my 2+ years of using it. As a result, I have nothing but positive feedback to provide here as no projects have been impacted by performance related issues. Long may this be the case!

monday.com has been incredibly beneficial on a recent project where I had to submit and manage a range of creative and copy tasks. Keeping track of all projects, responding to queries, and knowing when my review was required, helped to keep things moving along on this project, which was paramount. As a result of monday.com functionality, we were able to get all our creative assets live on time for this campaign. For a much smaller project where only one asset is being created, let's say copy for a social media post, I feel that monday.com isn't as useful as direct communication.
